End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant

Kiss AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Kiss AI application (“the App”) on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple’s App Store Terms of Service and this EULA.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

  • Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App

  • Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose

Any attempt to do so is a violation of this EULA.

3. Ownership

The App, including all content, features, designs, trademarks, and intellectual property, is owned by Kiss AI or its licensors.
This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights in the App.

4. Updates and Changes

Kiss AI may provide updates, patches, or new versions of the App.
Any updates are subject to this EULA unless accompanied by a separate license.

5. AI Features Disclaimer

The App includes AI-powered features and an AI assistant (“Kissy”) that provide entertainment-related suggestions only.

AI-generated responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. Kiss AI makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI outputs.

6. Games and Interactive Features

The App may include interactive or game-like features.
These features are for entertainment purposes only and do not involve real-money gambling or monetary rewards.

Any virtual items or progress have no real-world value.

7. Venue Discovery

The App may provide information about nearby venues for informational purposes only.
Kiss AI does not own, operate, or control these venues and is not responsible for their availability, pricing, or services.

8. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated.
Kiss AI may terminate this license at any time if you fail to comply with this EULA.
Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete all copies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kiss AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

11. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Third-Party Terms

Your use of the App is also subject to applicable third-party terms, including Apple’s App Store Terms of Service.
